India's public policy and social impact sector runs on people who understand how the state works and how change actually happens. There aren't enough of them yet. We build that understanding across the community of young professionals PPI has grown: in classrooms, through programmes with government and partners, and with career tools anyone can use for free.
How we work with universities and schools
Most of our capacity building happens through standing relationships with universities and schools. We often bring foundations, think tanks and diplomatic missions onto campus with us.

From a guest lecture to a degree programme

Board of Studies and advisory seats
STRIDE sits on the Boards of Studies at RV University, Chandigarh University and KCLAS Coimbatore, where it helps shape how public policy is taught.
Adjunct, visiting and guest faculty
Our founder holds adjunct faculty roles at D Y Patil University, Symbiosis Pune and RV University, and teaches as visiting and guest faculty at institutions including IIT Bombay, IIM Sirmaur, St. Xavier's, Jindal Global University, Ashoka, Christ and Jamia Millia Islamia.

Capacity building, well beyond the classroom
Beyond the classroom, we design and run programmes with government, diplomatic missions and schools. Some are national dialogues; others are campus series, conclaves, policy labs or online sessions for colleges in smaller cities.
