Programmes that bring young India into public life
Alongside our teaching, we design and run programmes with government, diplomatic missions, schools and other partners. No two look alike. Some are national dialogues with a ministry; some are a single evening's policy lab in one city.
A few examples from a wider portfolio
A small selection of recent work. Each programme is designed with its partner, for its audience, and many run in more than one city.
Viksit Bharat Young Professionals Roundtables
Dialogues with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, held in Solan (Himachal Pradesh) and in Goa. Each brought about 200 students into a conversation on how policymaking works in India, and how it should change.
See the Ministry's post from SolanMaple Bridge @ Campus
Campus sessions on AI governance and careers in the India-Canada corridor, part of a youth leadership programme we run with Swasti and the High Commission of Canada. It includes a four-month research fellowship for 25 young people.
Pragya
A national conclave for school students on AI, policymaking and the humanities, built with Neerja Modi School, Jaipur. Students from across India submit policy briefs, and finalists present to an expert jury in Jaipur.
Dilli 2047: a Climate Policy Lab
An invite-only room where young Delhiites and senior climate practitioners sit at shared tables and draft policy ideas for the city together.
Sessions for colleges in smaller cities
Two-hour online sessions for whole cohorts at colleges in smaller cities, across disciplines. The metros already get plenty of this.
PPI's first course
A recorded masterclass on building a career in the public policy and social impact space, and on how policymaking really works in India.
